Luxury Nature-Retreat Campground Design

A full design and hands-on build oversight for a peaceful, high-end campground built to stand out on Hipcamp and command premium nightly rates. This is our highest level of involvement: an on-site visit, a complete design package, and on-site project management through construction, so the physical build matches the design intent.

• 2–3 day on-site visit: photos, measurements and a full property walk-through (views, privacy, water features, access)

The day-rate project management cost is confirmed from the estimated construction days and agreed before work begins.

2. We email you to confirm the visit dates and collect photos, measurements and your goals for the site.
3. After the visit you receive the design package; once the build is scheduled, we agree the project-management days and are on site through construction.
